About The Artist:
Lupe Flores is a self taught artist born in Compton, CA. Early in life, her family moved
to her parents' hometown, a small pueblo in Jalisco, Mexico called San Francisco De Asis.
It was there that she was exposed to and immersed in her Mexican culture.

Lupe's artwork is a blend of melancholic, gothic, folk, and creepy art that is inspired
by death and life; the unusual and the unique. Her artwork takes many forms,
from acrylic paintings to handmade ragdolls to surprising figures crafted out
of polymer clay. Lupe's work is derived from a deep inner need to create.
Her work allows her soul to breath and her mind to scream out to each of us.
